​​The PRO CONTRACT PACKAGE includes three customizable templates (including multiple scope of work samples and a change order template), plus one-on-one support.

The customizable templates are: 

(1) Proposal (aka Estimate, Bid or Quote).                                           

(2) Owner-Contractor Agreement.

(3) Contractor-Subcontractor Agreement.

• Depending on the trade and business focus, we also provide 2-3 detailed Scope of Work templates to include in the agreements (e.g. deck build, rough plumbing services, interior painting, bathroom remodel, window replacement, HVAC installation, recessed lighting retrofit, new home construction).​​

• The agreements include formats for both a Flat-Fee/Single Price payment schedule and a Cost-Plus/G-Max Price payment schedule.

• ​The agreements include a Change Order template.​

• The package includes a one hour follow-up telephone conversation to review the document package.

• After that, the professional can call or email anytime with questions or concerns they may have as they roll out their new documents in the coming weeks or months.
