Service Description
Unlike typical attorneys, John is also an experienced builder and general contractor. He understands the nuances of project management and the practical realities of running a small construction business. John combines his extensive legal expertise with practical construction knowledge and experience to provide builders and contractors with air-tight, customizable contracts, including important state-specific provisions that many attorneys are unaware of.
CONTRACT CONSULT POLICY
1. Within 24 hours of confirmation and payment for the consult session, Builder's Briefcase will provide the Contractor with the contract document templates for the session, i.e. Owner-Contractor Agreement and Contractor-Subcontractor Agreement. 2. To cancel or reschedule the consult, please contact us directly by email or phone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee. 3. Contractor agrees that the consult session is a law-related service that is intended to inform and impart legal information in a generally applicable manner and does not constitute attorney-client legal advice or form an attorney-client relationship.
